Hourly Rates

  • On-Site
    • $70 for the first hour
    • $30 for each additional half hour
       
  • Pickup/Dropoff
    • $50 per hour

 

Flat Rates

  • Flat rates can be negotiated for extended on-site projects or recurring jobs.
     
  • Flat fees may also apply to pickup/dropoff service after assessing your service needs.

  • Basic and Advanced Diagnostic and Troubleshooting
    • Figure out what is causing error messages, slow performance, or other problems.
    • Includes scan for viruses, spyware and malware, and installation of all Windows and driver updates
       
  • Operating System Recovery
    • Fix crashes or boot problems on your PC
    • Includes backup of your files
    • May involve clean installation of operating system and programs
       
  • Data Backup
    • Learn how to keep a backup of your important files
    • Does not include separate backup hardware
       
  • Software Installation and Configuration
    • Includes installation of programs (anti-virus, Office)
    • For all commercial/non-free programs, installation media and software license must be provided
       
  • New Hardware Upgrade or Install (CPU, memory, video card, hard drive)
    • Install or replace PC hardware and update drivers and settings
    • Includes removal and disposal of old hardware
    • Hardware not included
       
  • Peripheral Setup and Installation (monitor, printer, scanner)
    • Install or replace external hardware
    • Includes removal and disposal of old hardware
    • Hardware not included
       
  • New PC Setup and Configuration
    • Includes transfer of files and settings from old PC
    • Installation of all Windows and driver updates
    • Test PC for compatibility and functionality with all peripheral hardware
    • Includes removal and disposal of old hardware
       
  • Wireless Network Installation and Configuration
    • Connect your home PCs and laptops to wireless network
    • Network printers and other hardware as needed
    • Implement wireless security to keep your PC safe
       
  • Miscellaneous
    • Connecting other devices (TiVo, etc.) to your home network
    • Performing other troubleshooting not listed above
    • Extended or recurring service visits to keep your PC in top shape
